We do this by offering superior quality food and beverages, legendary customer service, annual sales growth, effective cost control and, most importantly, by treating our employees like family. We believe that our employees are our most important resource and our success depends upon creating and retaining a staff capable of delivering an exceptional dining experience to every customer, every time.

Our restaurant can only prosper and grow when we continually improve ourselves, and the work we do. Therefore, 305 Pizza’s success depends on our people. We recognize that success is not measured by sales, guest counts, and/or numbers alone.  Success is measured by the way in which we achieve our goals. We believe that a commitment to uncompromising values and integrity should always guide our decisions and actions as we pursue our goals.
